Our Agreement

All Come to Center meditation and wellbeing services and communication, in-person, online, email or otherwise, delivered by Ishita Sharma, (your “Guide”),  as well as information set forth on this website (www.cometocenter.com) are meant to give you tools to guide you towards presence. However, this guidance is not professional mental health care or medical care.

If you feel overly psychologically stressed or overwhelmed, please seek the help you need from a professional psychotherapist or psychiatrist. Guidance may augment therapy, but our inner work here is meant to be done when major emotional and psychological wounds are already healing or healed. In this spirit, by utilizing or purchasing guidance services from Come to Center or Ishita Sharma, you confirm that you have read and agree to each statement and that you wish to proceed willingly:

• I understand that the guidance services I will be receiving from Come to Center are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions.
• I also understand that Ishita Sharma and Come to Center are not acting as a mental health counselor or a medical professional.
• I understand that mindfulness, meditation and wellbeing guidance is, at present, an unregulated industry and that Come to Center is not licensed by the State of Massachusetts or any other state. I also understand that for all legal purposes, the services provided by Come to Center will be considered to be provided in the State of Massachusetts.
• I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my wellbeing during my guidance sessions, and subsequently, including my choices and decisions.
• I understand that all comments and ideas offered by my Guide are solely for the purpose of aiding me in achieving my defined goals. I have the ability to give my informed consent, and hereby give such consent to my Guide to assist me in achieving such goals.
• I understand that to the extent our work together involves career or business, my Guide is not promising outcomes including but not limited to increased clientelle, profitability and or business success.
• I understand that my Guide will protect my information as confidential unless I state otherwise in writing. If I report child, elder abuse or neglect or threaten to harm myself or someone else, I understand that necessary actions will be taken and my confidentiality agreement is limited in this capacity. Furthermore, if my Guide is ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, he/she will do so to the extent the law requires.
• I understand that the use of technology is not always secure and I accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Zoom, Google Hangouts, Skype and other technology.
• I hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge my Guide, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of acts or omissions by myself or by my Guide as a result of the advice given by my Guide or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement.
• I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to me to sign this agreement.
• This agreement shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Come to Center disclaims liability for any damages, including, without limitation, direct or indirect, special, incidental, compensatory, exemplary or consequential damages, losses or expenses, including without limitation lost or misdirected orders, lost profits, lost goodwill, or lost or stolen programs or other data, however caused and under any theory of liability arising out of or in connection with (1) use of the website, or the inability to use the website by any party; or (2) any failure or performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission; or (3) line or system failure or the introduction of a computer virus, or other technical sabotage; or (4) any content on the website published by a third party; or (5) any personal injury or death arising out of communication with Ishita Sharma and Come to Center, and your use of this website and the information, ideas, suggestions, techniques, and other materials.

• By booking, attending or participating in a session with Ishita Sharma, including viewing this website, you agree to fully release, indemnify, and hold harmless, Ishita Sharma and Come to Center, and others associated with Come to Center, from any claim or liability whatsoever, including, without limitation, direct or indirect, special, incidental, compensatory, exemplary or consequential damages, losses or expenses, including without limitation lost or misdirected orders, lost profits, lost goodwill, or lost or stolen programs or other data, however caused and under any theory of liability arising out of or in connection with (1) use of the website, or the inability to use the website by any party; or (2) any failure or performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission; or (3) line or system failure or the introduction of a computer virus, or other technical sabotage; or (4) any content on the website published by a third party; or (5) any personal injury or death arising out of communication with Ishita Sharma and Come to Center, and your use of this website and the information, ideas, suggestions, techniques, and other materials.
