2026  1:1 GUIDANCE AGREEMENT

For the duration of our work you are my Client. How you invest your time, attention and energy into our work determines what you get out of it. For you to get the most value, we must both show up powerfully. You agree to respect, transparency, humility and a sincere commitment to creating a life that inspires you and the transformation you seek. You agree to put into practice the insights we uncover together and to complete payments in a timely manner. I agree to bring all my skills, experience, authenticity, loving attention, and determination to serving you as a mirror to your light and shadow to nurture your growth.

While I will do my best to create a safe, inspiring space for you, it is a natural part of the transformational process to encounter resistance. As you experience increased joy, freedom, connection and spaciousness you may also encounter fear, anger, grief, shame and other emotional intensity and/or numbness. At times, you may feel out of trust with me, and even recreate familiar painful relational dynamics in our sessions. Facing such arisings with openness and curiosity is key to the transformation you seek. Developing the skills and capacity to do so is part of our journey together. 

These moments of intensity are an opportunity to release beliefs, fears and judgements that keep you isolated, entangled and suffering. In such times you will be asked to acknowledge and examine your reactions from new perspectives, invited to apply tools and practices, and consider a different way of relating with yourself, me and others, while taking full responsibility for your experience.

SCOPE + EXCHANGE
Some benefits of this work, such as healing and game-changing insights, are fast. Others, such as spiritual development and the actual embodiment and integration of insights, are slow. An ongoing container with consistent meetings provides a framework for both. All sessions are Client led- responsive to your requests and situation. 

Our journey is a considerable commitment of both our energy, and I respect and honor it as such. To support the transformation you seek, I am offering you a 20 session coaching package. All the sessions must be completed within 6 months.

This includes live sessions, personalized home practices, videos, readings and meditations to engage as deemed appropriate. Note that you will be held in a continuous energetic matrix specifically designed to support your growth, whether or not you are in live sessions with me.

We will meet weekly on the phone or Zoom, for 60 min, plus 30 mins for additional attention, used as needed. Make sure you are alert, well-rested and schedule some personal downtime afterwards to softly close and integrate.

You may pay the total fee upfront, or 50% at the time of signing this contract and 50% at the halfway point. Please set up reminders to avoid late fees billed at $50 per week of delay. Payments can be made via Zelle to ishita@cometocenter.com or Venmo to @cometocenter. All payments are non refundable and non-transferrable.

SCHEDULING
For online meetings, please situate yourself in a private space where you can freely move and make noise, with solid internet. It is up to you to initiate scheduling sessions. Once we identify a recurring time that works for us both, accommodating changes as needed, I will send you calendar appointments. To request additional sessions, please email me. 

PUNCTUALITY + CANCELLATIONS
To honor both our time, sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hrs in advance to avoid forfeiture, excepting medical emergencies or natural disasters. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled session without advance notice, then that session is forfeited. If I am late for a session, we will add time to the end of our session. If you are late for a session we will end on our scheduled time.

PROCESS SUPPORT
You are encouraged to augment our work with professional psychotherapy, yoga, tai-chi, chi-gong, rolfing, rosen method, massage, cranio-sacral, acupuncture etc. to aid in healing and integration. If you want recommendations for complementary professionals, feel free to ask.

TERMINATION
This contract terminates once 20 sessions are used or 6 months from the date of signing, whichever comes first. If at the halfway mark, you feel our work is not aligned, and wish to terminate, you will be free to do so without paying the second installment.

Either of us may terminate this contract unilaterally at any time. If your needs are not being met, please address them directly in session to help me better support you. In my experience, termination typically occurs by mutual decision once your intentions are realized. Our work may end for other reasons: you realize you are not quite ready for change; one or both of us decide you would be better served by a different professional; payment is not timely; basic conditions are not fulfilled (refraining from dangerous practices, disrespectful/abusive behavior, attending sessions intoxicated etc.); if there is insufficient participation; a conflict of interest arises; or if a problem emerges that is outside the scope of my expertise etc.

On rare occasions, a client feels frightened, frustrated, or angry, and wants to terminate sessions immediately. In my experience, this desire can arise just as important progress is being made. Termination at such a time is often an unfortunate and costly mistake. Should this happen, I will invite you into a discussion and if, after such a conversation, you still wish to terminate, you are of course free to do so.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Our sessions remain confidential except in case of imminent risk of serious harm to self or others or as required by law. Neither party may record any communication without explicit consent from both. Your words and testimonials may be used for promotion without identifying details, and with your approval with identification. I have a secure Google and Zoom account, but that said, you understand it is impossible for me to guarantee data privacy for online communications. We both agree not to defame or intentionally cause injury to the other’s reputation, either through oral or by written communication during and past our work together. 

WAIVER, LIABILITY + INJURY 
Come to Center sessions aim to empower me and encourage presence, authentic expression, resilience, self-love, self-discovery and inner wellbeing. I understand I may feel worse before I feel better and that our work with Come to Center is not a substitute for any form of professional, mental health or medical care. I understand that Come to Center or Ishita Sharma is not acting in the capacity of a medical professional, psychotherapist, physical therapist, or other licensed or registered professional, and that any advice given by Come to Center or set forth on its website should not be used as a substitute for legal, financial or medical advice or services.
