I’ve seen miracles happen when I meet myself this way.

Come, meet yourself as the worthiest object of your own loving attention, giving yourself the gifts you most wish to receive.

Over the years, I’ve seen the profound power of intentionally cultivating self-love and reflections from loving community support release of deep seated patterns of fear, pain and even addictions. 

But many of us have never experienced being mirrored in our beauty, received in our power…Many of us have never been reminded that we are love (and I’m not just saying that), that we are loving, that it’s OK, to show up softly.

Many of us equate personal growth and healing with struggle, connection with competition and forget it’s ok to rest, to be in love with ourselves…and let others see us.

As we spin in the voices of fear we find them echoed and mirrored. We start believing the critical, victimizing narratives as they are reinforced.

We all have shadow parts, pain, wounds that are the fodder for our awakening and healing. And we all have light, love and gifts to share.

In this retreat we will focus on radiating and reflecting our brightness, to amplify and invite it to integrate our shadow parts into itself. We will allow the blessing of our being to wash us all clean.

Interrupting habitual patterns, let’s affirm the magnificence we want to amplify. Together…

Putting aside the need to fix or heal, simply resting back in our true nature…mirroring and rejoicing, we will remind each other of the love we are at heart.

We know the environment we live in changes us- we are functions of our inner landscapes as much as our external environments. So imagine how bathing in a day long coherent field affirming the brightest within will change you and us all…

– Calls will not be recorded to honor our ceremonial container. Please plan to join us live!
– We will meet in sacred, playful space to mirror and revel in our wholeness.
– Each person will be held in an energetic matrix specifically designed to support their healing in their right way and pace.
– We will engage personal and relational practices, guided and silent meditations, direct self-inquiries that heal and enliven all levels of our being.
– Meet like-minded peers in a space soft enough to be healing, and piercing enough to be clarifying.
